This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. Alan is organized, thoughtful, and professional with the right amount of fun. He learns what appeals to his clients and helps find the right place to meet their needs.
